This booking service operates as an intermediary platform connecting travellers with local rental suppliers in Thailand. When you complete a reservation, you enter into a direct agreement with the supplier listed in your voucher. The platform facilitates that connection but is not a party to the rental contract itself. Vehicle availability, insurance coverage, pick-up requirements, and payment terms are determined by the supplier and detailed in your confirmation documents.
Booking Process and Advance Payment
Reservations require an advance payment processed through our secure payment gateway. This amount confirms your booking with the selected supplier. Any remaining balance and additional fees - fuel policy, optional equipment, roadside assistance - follow the conditions specified in your voucher. The supplier handles those transactions directly at their desk. Each booking confirmation includes supplier contact details, pick-up address, operating hours, and required documentation such as the International Driving Permit where applicable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during the reservation process. Name, contact details, flight arrival times, and licence particulars must match your travel documents. Misrepresentation or fraudulent use of payment methods will result in immediate cancellation without refund. You acknowledge that driving conditions in Thailand - left-hand traffic, scooter flows on Phuket Hill, rainy season from May through October on the Andaman coast - require appropriate skill and attention. The rental supplier sets eligibility criteria including minimum age and driving experience.
Limitation of Liability
This booking service provides information and reservation tools but does not own, operate, or maintain vehicles. We are not liable for supplier performance, vehicle condition, accidents, traffic violations, or disputes arising during your rental period. Claims regarding damage, insurance coverage, or contractual disagreements must be addressed directly with the supplier named in your voucher. The platform's liability is limited to the advance payment amount for proven booking errors attributable solely to system malfunction.
Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and season. Your voucher states the applicable terms. Requests to change pick-up dates, vehicle category, or location must be submitted through the contact channels provided in your confirmation email. Suppliers may charge fees for amendments made within their notice period. No-show without prior notification typically results in forfeiture of the advance payment, though specific conditions are governed by the supplier's policy outlined at the time of booking.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect operational improvements or regulatory requirements. Continued use of this booking service after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. For bookings already confirmed, the version in effect at the time of reservation applies. These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute not resolved through direct communication may be subject to jurisdiction in Phuket, Thailand, where the service operates its coordination office at 58/2 Thep Krasattri Road.
